Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve an average of 45 customer inquiries per shift using the Zendesk ticketing system and internal knowledge bases.
• Transaction Processing: Process 120+ customer transactions and returns per shift accurately via the NCR CounterPoint point-of-sale hardware.
• Inventory Inquiries: Lookup stock levels across 10000+ SKU databases within 30 seconds using the handheld Symbol barcode scanners.
• Escalation Management: Escalate complex billing or product disputes to shift supervisors following the 3-step resolution protocol.
