- Ticketing and CRM Documentation: Log customer inquiries, return requests, and delivery complaints accurately into Zendesk, resolving at least 90 percent of tickets on first contact.
- Order Tracking and Processing: Lookup and verify shipping statuses, process refunds up to 100 dollars, and issue replacement orders using SAP inventory software.
- Quality Assurance Compliance: Adhere to established support scripts and privacy policies to achieve a minimum customer satisfaction score of 88 percent across all monthly evaluations.
