Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: Answer 65 to 80 inbound customer support calls daily using the Cisco Finesse telephony platform while maintaining an average handle time under 4 minutes.
• Ticketing and CRM Documentation: Log customer inquiries, return requests, and delivery complaints accurately into Zendesk, resolving at least 90 percent of tickets on first contact.
• Order Tracking and Processing: Lookup and verify shipping statuses, process refunds up to 100 dollars, and issue replacement orders using SAP inventory software.
• Quality Assurance Compliance: Adhere to established support scripts and privacy policies to achieve a minimum customer satisfaction score of 88 percent across all monthly evaluations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to stand or sit for scheduled shift durations while operating communication headsets
