Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Inventory Processing: Input 500+ daily merchandise receipts and stock adjustments into the inventory database using Honeywell Dolphin handheld scanners.
• System Reconciliation: Audit shipment manifests against physical pallet counts using Microsoft Excel and proprietary SAP warehouse modules to maintain 99.5 percent accuracy.
• Invoice Logging: Key vendor invoice data into the accounting ledger software, processing an average of 45 line items per hour.
• Equipment Calibration: Perform daily diagnostic checks and troubleshoot Zebra thermal barcode printers to ensure uninterrupted shipping label generation.
