• Point of Sale Operations: Process 350+ customer transactions per shift using electronic cash registers while maintaining a 99.5% drawer accuracy rate.
• Inventory Merchandising: Stock 45 cases of merchandise per hour onto sales floor shelves following strict visual standards and planograms.
• Loss Prevention: Perform bag checks and monitor aisle activity to reduce shrinkage by 2% store-wide across weekend hours.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer return requests within 3 minutes using the POS refund terminal while maintaining satisfaction metrics.
