- Transaction Processing: Process customer refunds and exchanges averaging 25 transactions per shift through the SAP point-of-sale database with 99 percent accuracy.
- Quality Assurance Logging: Log customer feedback trends into Excel spreadsheets during every 16-hour weekend block to help operations improve product offerings.
